It’s times like these that make me happy that I carry a camera with me when I work on the road. My partner and I happened to stop at WalMart the other day and found this gem. Definately old school caprice with (from a distance) looked like quite the little whacker-mobile. Upon closer inspection I found the following. Please note the last 2 pictures. Have several antennas on the roof… drilled… ok. Probably dummy antennas. But then the mag mount, which in of itself is not terrible… but then drill a hole for the coax? Are you KIDDING me?!
You didn’t make note of the obligatory tinted windows on that land yacht.

Bah, I always install antennas like that =) Nothing like mag mount rings right next to the hole that will leak. Maybe he ran out of NMO’s and had a real hankerin to drill a hole anyways?

holes, man, holes, this hobby just ain’t right since they got rid of holes. Replaced with wide use of mag and glassmounts, trunk lid mounts, portables…
